{"id":1042,"date":"2017-05-17T01:05:31","date_gmt":"2017-05-17T01:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.matthewbeckerportsmouthnh.com\/?p=1042"},"modified":"2017-05-17T20:46:26","modified_gmt":"2017-05-17T20:46:26","slug":"chef-travis-county","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.matthewbeckerportsmouthnh.com\/?p=1042","title":{"rendered":"CHEF and Gary Clark, Jr."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So I haven&#8217;t written in a while&#8230;. \u00a0I guess I was in need of a little inspiration. \u00a0Things have come up, but for some reason, I haven&#8217;t grabbed the computer. \u00a0As you all know, this site is about food and music. \u00a0If I can combine a movie about food, staring a musician that I love, that&#8217;s close enough!<\/p>\n<p>My friend Dan Walker and I were playing some guitar and Gary Clark, Jr. came up in conversation. \u00a0He said I should check out &#8220;Chef&#8221;, a movie that came out a few years ago and is currently on Netflix. \u00a0Gary Clark, Jr. plays a Blues singer from Austin, TX (which he is) and it&#8217;s all about a chef who finds his way opening a food truck, travels from Miami to LA and bonds with his son. \u00a0How could I not love that?
